An essential non-profit agency within the Blair community has an opening for an Office/Housing Coordinator. This position plays a valuable part in assisting individuals and families with housing options.
- Perform general office and clerical duties
- Answer questions via phone and walk-in customers
- Create and maintain an accurate filing/record-keeping system
- Assist with navigating the housing application process
- Create and verify tenant account information
- Collect and record payments
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
- Human Services, public housing, and/or Section 8 housing knowledge a plus
- 3+ years of office, clerical, and/or administrative experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- A valid driver's license is required
