Interview Process
Below, you’ll find a helpful overview of what you can expect once you submit your resume, on the day of your interview, and beyond.
Phone Screening Process
Once you have submitted your resume, if you are among the most qualified candidates for the position one of our Recruiters will call you directly to discuss your resume, qualifications, and the position thoroughly. If the Recruiter believes you are a top candidate, they will schedule an in-person or virtual interview. In-person interviews will be at our Noll offices, and virtual interviews will be conducted through an online platform.
Noll Application
You will be emailed the Noll application before your interview. We ask that you complete the application prior to your scheduled interview time to allow plenty of time for your interview.
If you are unable to complete the application prior, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes early to your scheduled time, as the application takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete. The Noll application will need to be filled out as accurately and completely as possible. Your application is just as important as your resume – please make sure to fill in all required fields. In addition to your general contact information, please be sure to have the following information on hand when filling out your application:
· Educational History – Names of schools, dates of attendance
· References – Names and phone numbers (business, home, or both) of three professional references that Noll can contact. References must be individuals with whom you have a professional relationship – i.e., someone with whom you have worked, volunteered, etc. References with whom you have no professional association will not be accepted.
· 5-Year Work History – Company names, dates of employment, phone numbers, supervisors’ names, salary history, job duties, and reasons for leaving.
The information on your application will be added to our database and used to help you find a position that is a great fit! Please provide as much information as possible on your application. The more accurate and complete your application is, the easier it will be for us to place you in a new position.
EEO Self-Identification Form
You will be asked to fill out a short self-identification form. This information helps Noll complete certain reports, as required by law.
Conditional Job Offer
If you meet Noll’s initial hiring requirements, you will receive a Conditional Job Offer. In summary, the Conditional Job Offer says that Noll would like to offer you employment, but it is conditional upon your interview with a Noll representative, your job skills, the positions we have available, and your interview with the client organization. Please read over the Conditional Job Offer carefully when received. If you have any questions, please ask your Noll recruiter during your interview.
Employee Commitment Form
Along with your Conditional Job Offer, you will also be given an Employee Commitment Form. This form goes over basic attendance and conduct commitments required of Noll employees. Please read through the Employee Commitment form carefully, as you will be asked to sign a copy of this form during your interview.
