Behavioral Profile Process

Noll’s Behavioral Profile Process utilizes a structured interview format of open-ended questions that identify 29 work-related behavioral traits and tendencies in the areas of management, sales, and support services. The interview questions have been carefully structured, and interviewers are trained to listen for pre-determined sets of terms/phrases during responses. These terms/phrases have been determined based on numerous concurrent and predictive criterion-related studies.

Once the interview is complete, the candidate’s behavioral profile is then analyzed for job-relatedness. Individual local validation studies can also be conducted for your organization to cross-validate the research findings established in other settings. Because of this specificity, our behavioral profile is extremely accurate, regardless of the industry or geographical area involved.

To expedite your hiring process, behavioral profile process reports are provided within 24 hours of interviews.

Please Note: Our interviews are behavioral in nature-not clinical, therefore, they are not intended to be a diagnosis of mental health, but rather a source of information about how individuals are likely to perform in the workplace. The interview questions have been carefully structured, and interviewers are trained to listen for pre-determined sets of terms/phrases during responses. These terms/phrases have been determined based on numerous concurrent and predictive criterion-related studies.
