Service Associate/Dispatch – $55K

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

• Estimating service jobs and providing price quotes
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Processing purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices
• Communicating job status and logistics with Field Service Technicians, customers, and sub-contractors
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client services and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of trades including construction, plumbing, electrical, etc
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software for data entry and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyze situations critically.
