Product Specialist/Client Services—Engineering/Man

Customer Service Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, service, and build relationships with business accounts
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner via phone and email
  • Manage and coordinate projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product specifications & pricing
  • Assist with order placement and tracking

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent a plus
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Engineering and manufacturing experience a plus
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
