Flexo Machine Operator $18-$20

A Manufacturing Sticker company in Omaha is looking to add a Machine Operator to their team!! Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined with solid work experience, detail oriented with a desire to grow their career with the company. First Shift $18-$20 M-F 7:30-4:00 PM. Job Duties:

• Ability to read job ticket carefully before running machine to ensure it is set up to customer and label needs
• Input job order information into the computer and set specifications on the machine (measurement accuracy and attention to detail required)
• Inspect and remove all defects, properly re-splice the roll and stamp each role
• Exhibits a safety-first attitude. Keeping the work environment clean, safe and hazard-free. Compliance with all workplace and product safety standards and procedures
• Comply with quality assurance specifications including but not limited to handling procedures, paperwork requirements, product safety, standards requirements, etc. Complete quality assurance sheet and associated documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs,
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate/interact well with others (verbally and written)
• A positive attitude, self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and follow instructions
