Duties:

-Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, NO Sales or Cold Calling

- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information

-Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication

- Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service (phone, email, and forward-facing)

- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
