Customer Service Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate, service, and build relationships with business accounts
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner via phone and email
- Provide support to sales team
- Research and resolve client issues
- Update and maintain account data
- Assist with order placement and tracking
Customer Service Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service experience, call center experience a plus
- Ability to type 50WPM required,
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- College degree a plus
