Customer Service Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, service, and build relationships with business accounts
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner via phone and email
  • Provide support to sales team
  • Research and resolve client issues
  • Update and maintain account data
  • Assist with order placement and tracking

Customer Service Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service experience, call center experience a plus
  • Ability to type 50WPM required,
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • College degree a plus
