We are seeking a Client/Vendor Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing account data, onboarding new vendors/clients, and providing exceptional support. This role requires strong communication and software/technical skills within a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding support to new and existing vendors
  • Communicate, service, and build relationships with vendors
  • Respond to service requests promptly
  • Research and resolve vendor and software issues
  • Update and maintain account data
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Communicate with internal teams
  • Coordinate projects related to onboarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Strong computer, Excel, and technical proficiency required
  • Prior project management, program implementation/onboarding, or related experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
