We are seeking a Client/Vendor Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing account data, onboarding new vendors/clients, and providing exceptional support. This role requires strong communication and software/technical skills within a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding support to new and existing vendors
- Communicate, service, and build relationships with vendors
- Respond to service requests promptly
- Research and resolve vendor and software issues
- Update and maintain account data
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate with internal teams
- Coordinate projects related to onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Strong computer, Excel, and technical proficiency required
- Prior project management, program implementation/onboarding, or related experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
