As a float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Noll, you will have the unique opportunity to work on various units within one hospital, expanding your skill set and knowledge. Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Job Duties of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Provide outstanding patient care
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes
• Float to various units including Acute Rehab, LTAC, and many more
• Assist with feeding and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration

Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
• 2 years of hospital or facility experience – Must be recent within one year
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current BLS preferred
