Noll Start Date: Bill founded Noll in 1976.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering & Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.

Fun Fact: If it isn’t work time or family time, Bill enjoys golfing with friends or by himself.

Noll Start Date: Peggy started at Noll in 1991.

Industry Start Date: She began her career in HR in 1988.

Education: Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University.

Fun Fact: Peggy enjoys hiking and snowshoeing in the Rockies.

Client/ Candidate Comment: “I have a passion for leadership based on a values-driven management model. I teach the concepts of “The Fearless Workplace” to companies who want to move to Coaching, a program designed to teach manager how to coach their employees to a higher level of performance.”

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Fun Fact: Doug loves football season and is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Noll Start Date: Laurie started her career at Noll in 1987.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Fun Fact: Laurie and her husband are passionate about the historic revival of their 100 year old bungalow in the Chicago suburb of Glen Ellyn, where they live with their two teenagers. She enjoys gardening, cooking and participating in fitness classes, Zumba is her favorite.

Noll Start Date: Laura became a part of the Noll team in 2012.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Management and Finance, Minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Fun Fact: Laura enjoys all things water related including: skiing, boating, and tubing. She is also the Nebraska State Director for Great Plains Pointer Rescue, Inc.

Noll Start Date: Jenny joined Noll in 2012

Education: Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Fun Fact: Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and paddle boarding at the lake.

Begin: Ken started his career at Noll in 2014.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.

Fun Fact: Ken is a veteran of the United States Air Force and enjoys assisting veterans transitioning out of the Armed Forces with their career goals. Ken is a huge Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Cubs fan!

Comment: “The most rewarding thing is finding long-term solutions for clients and candidates, assisting each in reaching their professional goals.”

Affiliation: Ken is the Co-Chair of HRAM’s, Excel with a Mentor Program. He is also an appointed Advisory Council Member for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Nebraska Chapter.

Noll Start Date: Missy has been a part of Noll since 2016.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration from Creighton University. Master’s of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Fun Fact: Missy loves concerts and works part-time at Stir Concert Cove. She enjoys 80’s hair bands and particularly Bret Michaels. If you ask her, she will say Bret and the band are good friends.

Noll Start Date: Michelle became a part of the Human Resources world with Noll in 2012.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy from Creighton University.

Fun Fact: Michelle is a twin, bilingual and loves to travel to South America.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administrator with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Nerbaska-Omaha.

Fun Fact: Troy enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and coin collecting.

Education: Bachelor of Science with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics.

Fun Fact: Dan’s family is his life and focus. Together they enjoy movies, pizza, popcorn, old music (especially Elvis), classic cars, home cooked meals and conversations around the kitchen table.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the South Dakota State University.

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Ashley loves traveling & exploring new cities, and also loves to bake cupcakes.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies and minors in Economics and Marketing from the South Dakota State University.

Industry Start Date: Megan has been in the recruiting industry since 2015.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Fun Fact: In her free time, Megan likes shark diving, spending time in the gym, taking her Labrador to the lake, and making cheesecake.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication from Grace University.

Fun Fact: On the weekends Jana works part-time as a Disney Princess, but her real goal is to become a mermaid.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication from Grace University.

Fun Fact: Katy grew up on a farm in rural South Dakota. Since moving to Omaha, one of her favorite things to do is go to the Henry Doorly Zoo with her husband.

Education: Bachelors in History from University of Nebraska at Omaha; Masters in Museum Studies from George Washington University

Fun Fact: Kristen’s been attending UNO hockey games with her dad since 1998.

Education: Kama earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Bellevue University.

Fun Fact: Kama enjoys traveling with her family, tubing down the river, playing yard games and going to school (yes, seriously!).
