Peggy has a passion for guiding staff to practice excellence, trust, and accountability to clients and candidates. She hires and develops staff so that they can support the mission; thrive and serve by staying up-to-date and well educated in employment practices and customer care. Prior to NOLL, she was the employment manager at Commercial Federal Bank. Peggy earned a BS degree from Southern Illinois University in 1978 and her SPHR certification in 2000. She was the co-chairperson for the Certification Committee of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands in 2008 and was on the Board for that organization.

Kevin started with NOLL in 2004. He has a Bachelors in Political Science from University of Colorado and completed a Summer Program in Economics at Oxford University in Oxford, England. Kevin has been involved in sales and sales management within the staffing and executive recruiting industry for over 10 years. His passion in sales and recruiting is helping companies grow by working with them to place highly qualified individuals who will meet and exceed their expectations. His passion as a Sales Manager is to create an environment in which people want to be a part of the company and not just work for the company. Kevin feels that it is imperative that people feel fulfilled and developed so they can serve clients and candidates in a full holistic way.

Jennifer joined NOLL in January 2006. After achieving her SPHR Certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2008, NOLL selected her to head up their Human Resource Consulting service. Jennifer has a strong business sense and ability to provide guidance and practical solutions to tough Human Resources questions, using almost 8 years of human resource management experience. She has special expertise in serving the needs of small businesses by seeing things from the business owners perspective and keeping advice and projects simple. Jennifer earned her AA in Business Administration and BA in Human Resource Management. She is an active member on the Certification Committee of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands.

Virginia brings 15 years of industry experience to her practice and has been with NOLL since 2001. Virginia has maintained a core group of diverse customers since 1993 by practicing a customer care philosophy of open and honest communication. Virginia's staffing niche is placing talented administrative and accounting candidates of various levels. She has special knowledge and expertise in the placement of Executive Assistants. Virginia was named to the Midlands Business Journal "40 Under 40", which honors people who have achieved exceptionally in their field. She received her PHR certification in 2002 and Bachelors in Language Arts from Midland Lutheran College in 1990. Virginia co-chairs the Legislative Committee and is on the board for the Human Resource Association of the Midlands.

Doug had 12 years experience in sales and sales management at a Regional Director level with a Fortune 100 company prior to coming to NOLL in September 2007. He has a passion for bringing together companies and candidates that, when brought together, can take the company and the candidate's career to new heights. He uses targeted search methods to locate the best candidates for positions all over the United States. Doug earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Mandie joined NOLL in August of 2006, after spending six years in the insurance business. She brings a rare enthusiasm to her career in Human Resources and has a passion for helping candidates build their self-esteem through positive interactions with their recruiter during the difficult period of looking for a job. Mandie recruits for medical, clerical and customer service positions.

Mikaila joined NOLL in July of 2005 after obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and after completing several years as a personal trainer. She enjoys finding outstanding candidates for Omaha companies and providing job seekers with great jobs. Also, she prides herself in assisting co-workers to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Mikaila is the lead recruiting specialist on the Kiviranta team and is an invaluable contributor to many creative projects at NOLL, including the creation of the web site. She received her PHR certification in 2008.

Jennifer joined NOLL in May 2008 and now works as a Recruiting Specialist. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management and Human Resources. While in college, Jennifer was selected to study at The University of Oxford's Business School to complete her degree. She has held many leadership roles and been involved with numerous extracurricular activities while attending college. Jennifer has a sincere passion for coaching and guiding individuals to recognize their capabilities and strengths in order to help them attain a career.

Allyson joined NOLL in 2009 and now serves as the company's Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Prior to starting with Noll, she received a B.S. in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with majors in Public Relations/Advertising and Sociology. Allyson is active in Omaha's professional community, with memberships in the Public Relations Society of America, the Omaha Social Media Club, and Girls In Tech. Allyson has special knowledge and expertise in social media and interactive marketing. She enjoys using social technologies to build professional relationships while achieving specific goals for Noll's clients and candidates.

Ellen began working at Noll in 2010 as the Application & Testing Coordinator. She has a true passion for HR, receiving her PHR in 2009 and serving as an active member of HRAM and the Legislative Committee. Ellen has worked extensively with the training and development of OSHA regulations and is especially interested in employment law. With bachelors’ degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, Ellen possesses a unique understanding of adult learning and enjoys helping others through the employment process.
